Q. So what do you trade?
A. DVDs, CDs, Games & Consoles
Q. How much do you give?
A. Trade-in value is determined using a number of factors; condition, age, market value etc. We need to see what you have to price it, so unfortunately we can't quote by phone or email. One thing is for sure though, we keep our overheads low so we can afford to give more than Cash Converters, Xtravision, Game etc.
Q. How much stuff can i trade?
A. As little or as much as you have. No limits...
Q. Any other conditions?
A. Yes, anything you trade must be yours to trade, be in good condition, in original packaging, and preferably instructions with any game.
Q. Do i have to use my credit in one go?
A. No, any credit you don't use will go onto a credit note. This can be redeemed in any store, even for rentals!
Q. I can't get to the store. Can you collect?
A. Yes, if you have at least 15 items for trade, we can call out after hours, and give you a credit note for the value.
